What does our promise cover?

We will review your case and provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or return solution at no additional cost to you, in accordance with our Return Policy.
What is not covered?
Normal wear and tear from everyday use
Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper care
Lost or missing parts after delivery that are not related to a product defect
For preference-based returns, including change-of-mind returns, please refer to our Return Policy. Eligible returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to the applicable return conditions.

A brief description of the problem
Our team will review your request and provide the appropriate next steps, which may include a replacement, refund, or return instructions.
If a return is required, please contact us before sending the item back so we can provide the correct return address and instructions.
How are refunds processed?
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.
For returns requiring inspection, the refund will be issued once the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.
Please allow 1–5 business days for the refund to be processed. Additional time may be required for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.
